RJ Single Impeller Agitation Tank

Product Details:

RJ single impeller agitation tank is the most commonly used at present. The impeller is located in the bottom of the cycle barrel in order to mix the ore pulp with chemical. By experiment, our new design will replace the first and the second agitation tank to improve the mixing efficiency.

Remarks:

a. The type of products like rubber impeller and nylon impeller shall be carried out according to the user’s demand. Please specify it when ordering.

b. The position of the motor, feed port and the outlet shall be installed according to customer’s requirements. Generally, relevant parts are assembled at the time of on-site installation.

c. There are two kinds of RJ agitation tanks: cone bottom and flat bottom. Please specify which type is demanded.

This product is the most commonly used ordinary agitating tank at present. Located at the bottom opening of the cycling cylinder, its impeller feeds the ore pulp and chemical reagent into the cycling cylinder with a suction orifice for agitating. The new impeller designed by through experiments is different from the original agitating tank I and II, with high agitating efficiency.

Notes for Selection:

1. We can make rubber impeller, and nylon impeller, etc as required by the customer. Please specify the type while placing your order.

2. We can arrange the relative positions of the motor, receiving opening and discharging opening as required by the customer. Generally, relevant parts are assembled at the time of on-site installation.

3. There are two types of RJ agitating tank: cone base and flat base. Please specify it if a cone base type is demanded.

GBJ Efficient Agitation Tank

Product Details:

1. The Impeller diameter is increased to improve the mixing capacities of ore pulp and chemical.

2. The Impeller line speed is increased to improve the mixing capacities.

3. The Impeller is designed into umbrella-type to improve the mixing capacities.

4. With the improvement of mixing, the circulate capacity of ore pulp and chemical is strengthened.

5. There is a baffler in the tank, which has an impeller in it. By the improvement of the mixing capacities, the negative pressure of the pulp operation is increased. The baffler keeps the negative pressure in a limited space so as to increase the suction capacity for ore pulp and chemical, therefore, the suction mixing capacity is improved.

6. There has a down pressure when umbrella-type impeller is working, which improved the suction capacity of ore pulp and the mixing capacities of ore pulp and chemical.

7.There is a jet at the bottom of the baffler for improving circulation capacity when the ore pulp and chemicals run into it.

With the sufficient mixing of ore pulp and chemical, the flotation becomes easier.

High Concentration Agitation Tank

Product Details:

The High concentration agitation tank is improved on the basis of the model designed by Beijing Nonferrous Metal Design Institute. It is suitable for those which need high concentration ore pulp mixing, like agitation after concentrating,mortar mixed mixing etc., and the agitation concentration can be reached 75%. It is arranged with upper and lower impellers with opposite spirals which have strong abrasion resistance.

Remarks:

Clients need to provide medium concentration and particle size.

RJW Medicament Agitation Tank

Product Details:

With only paddle wheel and dam-board settled in it, according to the unique design of impeller, stirring and mixing become more effective. It is suitable for the factories that need stuff dissolution, ore pulp store and gold leaching. In addition, the product can also be applied to construction and chemical industries.

Remarks:

The non-standard product shall be designed and made for the customer’s need, if there is no special requirement, the normal models shall be provided.

XB Agitation Tank

Product Details:

It’s suitable for the agitation of ore pulp and chemical concentration is no more than 30%, ore density is no more than 3.5 and grain size is no more than 1mm. Compared with the RJ type, this machine has powerful motor and strong stir force. With special design, the XB type has better stirring capacity than others.

Remarks:

1. There are two models, cone bottom and flat bottom, for user’s reference. Please indicate it when order.

2. There are two kinds of impeller for customers to choose: rubber material and cast iron material.

XBT Lifting Agitation Tank

Product Details:

The XBT lifting agitation tank is designed for solving problem of insufficient elevation factories that settled under the condition of level ground. The ore pulp is pumped into agitation tank by centrifugal impeller to achieve the purpose of lifting. It is suitable for the agitating and lifting of ore pulp and floating agent whose concentration is no more than 30%, granularity is no more than 1mm and ore true density is no more than 4.5g/m3. In addition, it is also suitable for agitating and lifting ore pulp of non-metallic mineral.

Remarks:

Equipped with rubber impeller for the user to choose, this needs special indication.
