High Efficiency Reagent Agitating Tanks
The reagent agitating tanks are self-developed, advanced pulp agitating equipment with self-owned intellectual property. They have been authorized with the national patent by State Intellectual Property of China in 1988 with patent No.ZL96242501.X.
Mechanism
With newly-designed impeller, deflector at the tank bottom and peripheral the pulp flow in a fierce circulation in the tanks. The tanks are classified into common type, anticorrosion type, heating and non-heating type. Different anticorrosion materials are available depending on the corrosivity required. And the heating type has tubular electric heating type and steam heating type.
Advantages
1. Intensive uniform agitation without segregation and sedimentation of solid phase;
2. The auxiliary oil and reagent and froth can be distributed evenly;
3. Compared with conventional tanks, energy consumption can be reduced by 20~40%.
Application field
The CK tanks are widely used in the mixture of oil and reagent in
1. Hydrometallurgy
2. Gould leaching
3. Both metallic and non-metallic mineral processing
