1.The main structure of pellet mill:

The pellet mill main composes of feeder system,compressor and discharge device.And the compressor made by frame,motor,input,transmission device,compression roller,ring die,heating ring, discharge port,etc.

2.How to work of ring die wood pellet mill:

1). Before we put the sawdust,biomass,wood chips material enter into the pellet mill,we should cut it or rub silk,the length blow 50mm and the moisture must be controled 10%-25%.

2).Then it can enter into the pellet mill feeder by the feeder conveyor,through main shaft rotate and it can drive compressor rotate,by the compressor shaft rotation by itself.

3).The material can make shapes by the mould die opening and it can down from the discharge port,when it cool(the moisture below 14%),then it can package.

3.The material application of ring die wood pellet mill:

Type: sawdust, tree branches,coconut shells, straw, rice husks, corn cobs, peanut skins,sunflower stalk, cotton stalks or other agricultural waste.

Size: 3-5mm

Moisture content: 8-12%

4.Final products of wood Pellt Mill:

The final product is a kind of biomasss briquettes which diameter is 40-80mm, length is 20cm, 30cm, 40cm etc.

Besides, the shape of final briquettes could besquare, hexagonal, pentagon with a hole of 15-20mm in the body.
