Hydraulic steel structure magnetic yoke outer shell introduction:

1. Furance body consists of steel furnace outer shell, hydraulic tilting mechanism, induciton coil and magnetic yoke, etc… small displacement at pouring point, long service time, high efficiency of electric energy, suitable for large-tonnage MF melting furnace.

2. Furnace outer shell adopts ABB manufacturing method, and is made of profile stell and structural steel cylinder, easy operation and overhaul; solid structure, not easy to be out of shape; equip with magnetic yoke, so that play a role in magnetic shielding.

3. Tilting furnace mechanism equip with hydraulic station. Manual speed regulation, selector valve control, easy operation.
