Gold Rotary Scrubber Working Principle

The mining drum screen mainly consists of motor, reducer, drum units, racks, etc.

Inclination of drum equipment, motor is connected by reducer & the drum unit, the drive drum rotate around its axis.

When the materials go into the drum unit, due to the inclination and the rotation of drum unit, it makes qualified materials come out by the outer screen; substandard materials come out by the end of rotary screen.

This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the drum.
