The dies and press roll are made from Alloy steel 20Cr, using carburizing beat treatment process,

wear resistance of good. 20 times than that of the common dies in abrasion resistance capability,

saving your cost.

3. What is the lubrication system?

Close-circuit lubrication system. The bearing have no fade area on lubrication. Temperature

control system, when the temperature is higher than setting temperature, wood pellet machine

will turn off to protect the machine.
