Rotary Dryer for sawdust

Rotary type dryer shows the features of perfect drying effect, easy operation,high efficiency and easy control of drying. It takes advantage of the stability of roller and homogeneity of air. This equipment makes the combination fo roller and pipes whichincrease the drying strenght and reduce tha manual power. This is the ideal equipment for drying raw materials with high humidity.

Working Principle:

Rotary dryer is to dry the wet materials with the humidity of 50% through rotation and extract from the end of the roller. It can reach drying onetime. This device applies to material such as rice shell, saw dust, ground wood chip, tree branch and wood bits,etc (Diameter is less than 3mm; Length, 5mm).

Structure Features:

1.Adopt rolling drum feeding method. Dring is uniform and the motor power is small.

2.Heat suppy is external indirect heating method and avoid raw materials burning in high temperature.

3.Equipped special parts in the tail of rotary dryer, onlythe material that to reach the drying standard can be drove out by blower, insuring hte drying purpose.

4.The machine attached dust catcher equipment n discharge hole so as to separate material and moisture, and reduce the dust in workshop at the same time.
