Combining advantages of trommels of various types, and applying advanced design means and technologies, Naipu Company has been manufacturing abrasion resistant rubber-plated trommel screens to satisfy clients’ requirements.

I.Features of rubber-plated trommels, compared with metal trommels, are as follows:

1) Long service life

Naipu-made trommels use specially formulated natural rubber as the main raw material, with high abrasion and corrosion resistant performance, where rubber screen panels and deflectors last longer than metal ones, averaging 8-15 months, while the outer frame lasts over 5 years.

2) Easy installation and maintenance

Parts and components can be individually replaced, without the necessity of replacing the assembly; lessened work intensity; reduced maintenance cost.

II.Design Capacity

1)Naipu Company is capable of manufacturing super large rubber-plated trommels in various types, with independent R&D, design and fabrication, with team work by our quick response experts by means of advanced 3D software to shape the products and design the molds;

2)With preliminary design of the product completed, FEA and wear analysis are conducted for optimization before the design option is finalized and the product is determined.
