Hydrogen oxygen gas generator
Hydrogen Oxygen Generatoris used for generating hydrogen and oxygen gas by electrolyzing water, the hydrogen and oxygen mixture gas can widely be used in flame cutting and welding as fuel gas covering for traditional propane and acetylene gas in metallurgy, electric power, mechanical manufature, petrochemicals, vehicle maintenance, quartz glass process and bijouterie process industries, also used in other flame processing tasks such as flame drying and heating in moulding or flame drilling or other industries.
The Hydrogen Oxygen Generator consists of electrical source, electrolyses equipment, gas treatment system and contol system, which is granted a patent gold medal product in Chinese Patent New Technology & New Invention Exposition in 2001. The equipment can normally work anywhere just electric-power and water are available.
Hydrogen Oxygen Generator has more advantages in flame cutting and welding than using acetylene and propane as fuel gas as follows:
1. It could save about 50% money(cost) to use oxyhydrogen mixture as fuel gas against acetylene and propane. That is to say, oxyhydrogen gas would be much economic in production use;
2. Oxyhydrogen flame could consumedly improve cutting and welding efficiency with outstanding performance being high cutting speed, pure and concentrative flame, powerful penetrability, small heat extent and distortion, smooth cut surface and little residue to easily be cleared;
3. It would be helpful to save much nature energy sources and enviroment protection. Production raw material is only pure water of wide source, that is to say, the equipment produce innoxious oxyhydrogen mixture gas only by electrolyzing water, and final outcome is also water without contamination after burning;
4. In use, the equipment is convenient with automatic feeding water, safe with multilevel anti-backfire setting and long life;
5. The equipment has wide uses in various industries with not only flame cutting and welding, but also electric arc welding, argon arc weld and plasma cutting.
