The HG50x50x2.5 Galvanized Welded Steel Pipe Line uses roll forming theory, feed galvanized steel strip of a certain specification into the mill and coil in it into pipe blank through forming roller. Then under skin effect and proximity effect of high frequency electric current, the current will be concentrated on the bond surface of the pipe fringe, welding into tube blank quickly .Then use zinc machine to re-fill the zinc layer of high frequency burned welding seam,. After cooling, sizing and rough straightening, the needed galvanized pipe will be produced. As the galvanized pipe antirust cost is lower than other paints/coatings pipe, so this galvanized pipe line is used very broad,And durablegenerally use more than 20 years is no problem.Mainly used in steel structure workshop, simple house frame, bracket used in greenhouse.
