Introduction:

Helical ribbon with internal heating cone type vacuum drier is a set for drying, mixing in one of the efficient multifunctional closed vertical vacuum drying equipment. Its drying efficiency is as 3-5 times as the same specifications of "double cone rotary vacuum dryer".

Structure and function:

1. Helical ribbon with internal heating, so the whole heating area increased by 30%.

2. Helical ribbon mixer can achieve bottom-up cycle mixing effect, and can be efficient forced heat transfer performance. Material loading rate is 30%-100%,and the heating can be 100% use. It is suitable for mixing, drying of crystals materials.

Working principle:

In this machine, the explosion-proof motor drives helical ribbon mixer rotating by FAF series parallel helical gear reducer, then drive the materials rotating along the conical cylinder wall and bottom-up lifting. When material reach the highest point, it automatically get down to the bottom of the cylinder body by gravity and inertia effect. By a series of process of the material in the conical barrel is forced heating, diffusion, convection, shear, displacement and mixing, the material for a full range of irregular reciprocating motion, completing the heat exchange between material with the ribbons and cylinder wall surface, achieved the heating effect in a short period of time.
