Heavy Plate Steel Cut to length line(CHD26)

This series of production line is applicable to coils of various specifications. It is used for the producing flattened plate through the procedure of uncoiling, leveling and cutting to required width and length.
This line consists of loading cart, double bracing uncoiler, preliminary leveler, finishing leveler, length gauge, cross-cutter, stacker, servo transmission system, etc. Oscillating intermediate lamella and deviation corrector are equipped between each machine.

HD-TK44 NC High-Speed Cut-to-Length line for metal sheet is equipment specializing in uncoiling, leveling and cutting metal sheets into blocks.

It usually consists of coil car, uncoiler, support plate pressure guide, main leveler, mobile support bridge, guiding rectification facility, scale device, film covering machine, shearer or slitter,transferringtable, pneumatic plate arrangement stand, hydraulic stacking lift table, transferring rolling stand, hydraulic system and electronic control system, together with PLC control system.

The key components such as hydraulic, pneumatic, electric systems and scale device are equipped with the products of world famous manufacturers.

This line mainly is used in processing cold-rolled carbon steel, coiled stainless steel and coiled nonferrous metal board. Equipped with six-fold leveler, it can process steel plate with high standard requirements such as the aluminum board into certain length and flatness.

As the requirements of our customer, the leveling machine can equip two-grade levelers: the primary leveler and/or fine leveler; the length fixing and shearing unit can apply ordinary mechanical electrical appliance together with digital frequency conversion technology or AC servo technology; the shearer can apply mechanical or hydraulic type, or high speed gated shearing machine whose power is transmitted by electromagnetic clutches or pneumatic clutches, or a flying-saw shearing machine, or a turning-style flying shearing machine.

Equipped with other forming machines, the function of this cut-to-length line can be largely extended.
