Double column vertical lathe C52100/CX52100

I. Main use

The series machine is suitable of the ferrous, nonferrous metal and some kinds of non-metal materials with hard alloy, high capacity and high speed steel tools. It can perform finely and roughly turning cylinder and inner hole, inner and outer taper, surface, and grooving.

III.Structure and accessories

1-Structure

The table base and lathe bed are fixed in the foundation respectively. The crossbeam, equipped with vertical railhead, moves on the guide rail of the upright post with automatically hydraulic tightening .The railhead feeds and moves on the crossbeam horizontally, and the ram feeds and moves on the vertical compound rest.

The major parts of the machine include lathe bed ,table base, table, crossbeam, compound rest, sidehead case, feeding case and main drive gear box which are casted with the procedure high strength cast iron and resin sand and eliminated residual stress by perfect technology for heating processing. All parts have rational structure and are equipped with enough stiffening rib plates to make machine with high strength, rigidity and stability.

2-Main transmission structure

Rotary worktable is drived by main motor , gear reduction unit and speed control system and perform step speed regulation(16 gears) to make the table with speed of 2.5~80r/min.

3-Railhead and feed mechanism of railhead

The railhead is on the crossbeam, and the ram is square or pentagon tool desk. The ram is made from HT250 after perfect heat treatment .The performance is very nice. The ram have high rigidity when running .In order to ensure the feeds and turning stability of ram, there is balanced ram fuel tank device on the ram to overcome the ram’s gravitation.

The vertical and horizontal feeds of tool post are drived by level twelve feeding box.

4-Table base structure

Table uses the long axis of the structure and high-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing centering in the radial direction. The inner circle is of 1:12 taper and radial clearance can be adjusted to ensure the rotary accuracy of table.

5-Beam system architecture

Beams make vertical take-off and landing exercises at guide rail of column. Vice-Worm Gearbox and lifting screw are drived by AC motor. Beam’s clamp and relaxation are performed by hydraulic pressure and drift.

6-Hydraulic System of machine tool

Main Control components of Hydraulic System are domestic and foreign well-known manufacturers’ products and have reliable performance. The main use of the system:1) provide a variable-speed power to main drive gearbox hydraulic cylinder2) Supply rails for table guide device3) supply rails for balanced ram fuel tank4) supply rails for clamping beams fuel tank system.

7-Machine tool lubrication

Machine tools supply rails and lubricate for beam and other moving sites by concentration of fixed-point.
8-Machine tool protection

When machine is moving, mobile sites has a full range of security and interlocking chain.

9-Electric Machine Control System

1) Power: Three-phase AC 380V±10%, 50HZ.

2)Design of electric machine with necessary chain, interlocking and other protective devices corresponds with international universal design standards and can meet buyers’ technical requests.

IV.Working Condition

Electrical supply: AC380V±10%, 50HZ three phase current

Factory ambient temperature range for using machine tool:-40~75%. Dust concentration could not be over 100mg/m³and acid, salt and corrosion gas could not be contained in the air. Equipment of machine should be far from earthquake focus, heating source and avoided direct sunlight.
