Heatless Regeneration Absorbing Desiccator/Dryer

Operation Principle

No hot regeneration absorbing type desiccator is composed with two double online cylinders which filled with adsorbent (activated alumina or molecular sieve); Compressed air is doing adsorption and regeneration operation in turn in the two cylinders, thus make the compressed air can continue to contact to dry adsorbent. A small part of the airflow through the pressure reducing valve cone enter again vitality,making the moist adsorption has dryed regeneration, and water and impurities discharges into the atmosphere.

The quality of atmospheric finished product reaches the dew point-40 °C (activated alumina)-70 °C (molecular sieve).
