Hongda S-valve series of high-pressure pumps adopt world-level advanced technologies such as open-type hydraulic pressure loop, full-hydraulic automatic reversing, constant power control and electric proportional control, holding a number of patents. With more than 20 models and reliable performance, the pumps can fully meet the various needs of all customers.

1. Power system: Six cylinder DEUTZ diesel engine with automatic throttle, less oil consumption.

2. Hydraulic system: REXROTH oil pump and VICKERS control valve matching reasonably, higher efficiency.

3. The main electric components are brand products from SIMENS, LG, SCHNEIDER.

4. Equipped with high-pressure cleaning system to clean better and faster.

5. The automatic lubrication of both the hopper and the concrete cylinder makes the pumping work soomth and easy.

6. S-shape reversing valves, rigid alloy glasses plate and cutting ring ensure long service life, with rubber springs to keep the sealing performance.

7. The large diameter conveying cylinder is capable of big pump flow. The pumping capacity can be set through the stepless control device.

8. The pumps are assembled through streamlined production. The machining process and assembly quality are strictly controlled.

9. Every trailer pump is tested through simulated working conditions and overload experiments, so as to make sure no malfunction exists.
