1. Introduction
1.1. Application:
Through oscillating welding torch to improve welding speed and forming, and increase weld width. It’s widely used in aviation, ship building, large steel structure, pipe, pressure vessel and other fields.
1.2. Components:
HBQ-60-2 welding oscillator is a kind of general welding equipment. It’s mainly composed of oscillator and controller. Oscillator is made up of stepper motor and sliding plate, it uses original imported three phase stepper motor, sliding plate is base on rolling guide and transmission of ball screw, to achieve welding torch oscillates steady and responses quickly. Full digital controller is controlled by single chip, LCD shows parameter. Single chip controls the output pulsing to drive the stepper motor. 16 different pre-programmed oscillation parameters control oscillating speed, oscillating range, center positioning, staying time etc. Manual control or automatic control is just in your choice.
Attention: Power of controller is DC ELECTRICAL SOURCE (DC28-36V), if supplied power is AC POWER SOURCE 220V, you need optional device: power box (AC220V→DC28-36).
