Major application:

HYCH-50/63/80 series of Hawking^PTCNC machine tool is integrated with precise turning and Hawking^PTmirror finishing invented and owned only by SHEMT as an invention patent. Those machines are especially suitable for all kinds of rotating metal work pieces with hardness less than HRC60 and required value of roughness from Ra 0.2 to 0.8µm,including soft, hard, viscous alloy steel which is difficult to process, steel and etc. Grinding is replaced by precise turning and Hawking^PTmirror finishing, these series can process surface of cylindrical, internal circle, cone, arc, end face, groove and etc. The efficiency is raised by more than three times ,using of cutting tool materials decreased by more than 50 percent, hardness raised by more than 20 percent. Otherwise fatigue lifetime, wear resistance, corrosion resistance are raised.
