design principle

Tube bundle dryer is indirect contact dryer; it has fixed shell with rotating tube bundle and shovels. Steam goes into

the tubes get heat changing and turn out as condensate, and the moisture in the material will be heated and turned

to steam, then put out by cyclone. Material is lifted by the shovels and falls down on the heating tubes and gets dried

during the heating period from inlet to the outlet.

As per material and customer requires, high efficiency cyclone, high capacity steam trap and pre-heater which takes advantage of condensate heat can be provided.

1. In the middle of 80’s, grand took part in the state project “seven-five”, which was corn starch production line equipment, specially in the research and develop of tube bundle dryer.

2. Grand successfully manufactured the first tube bundle dryer in china, which went through the technical evaluation

by the state science commission

3. Grand successfully conquered the problem of heavy model dryer in torsional moment and deflection, and then we

had a break up in the heating area as 1500M2, that the dryer reached the high level in the world.
