Natural gypsum generally includes dihydrate gypsum and anhydrous gypsum. In order to get the valuable materials, generally, we get semi-hydrated gypsum through heating the dihydrate gypsum.

Working principle of fluidized furnace: the main frame of fluidized furnace consists many radiator oil pipelines which with small diameter. And heat transfer fluids will be fed into the pipelines, the heat will be transferred to inside of the furnace and connect with gypsum powder. Meanwhile, the air produced by ROOTS fan which installed at the bottom of the furnace and steam produce when gypsum powder dehydrated makes the powder like boiling status.
