Workflow of gypsum plaster production line:
1.Set weight and proportions of all kinds of raw material , then put the data into thePLC automatic batching system.
2.If the sand is wet, we need to dry sand by drying machine. This equipment adoptsthree-cylinder dryerwhich is of high efficiency, low energy consumption and taking up less space.
3.When the sand is dried, the sand and other raw materials should be put into thestorage silothrough conveying system.
4.Raw materials in the silo will be delivered tothe weightless twin shaft paddle mixing machine, which is specially designed to meet customers' demands for the fast, precision mixing of components with wide ranging proportions, densities, structures and flow characteristics. The mixer discharges materials quickly and simply, with no difficult to clean dead spots.
5.When the materials are completely mixed, they will be put intothe finished silo. Then the finished products should be delivered to the bags. Throughthe packaging systemwhich includes valve packaging machine and open packaging machine, the bags should be packed.
6.All powdery materials are under the closed state, while feeding, batching, scaling, adding, discharging and packaging. Fully closed mixing unit andthe dedusting systemcan reduce pollution of dust and noise to the environment effectively.
