1.Hot air type

It mainly uses the heat from the gas of the boiler and the gas will be directly taken into the hot air pipes of the dryer, then using the hot air pipes to release the hat to dry the gypsum board. This kind of equipment is only fit for the production line with the annual capacity below 5 million square meter. The price of this type is low and the investment is less which is the first choice for the customer with less investment.Because the quality of the gypsum board is hard to control,the rate of wasted board is a bit high and the life span for this equipment is relatively short,this type is graually going to be eliminated.

2.Thermal oil type

At present,this type is growing up fastest at home and abroad with the advantages such as energy saving,easy operation and adjustmen, long life span, and quality easy control. However, the price of this type is relatively higher tham the hot air style. This type is especially fit for the medium and large annual capacity productiong line with the capacity above 5 million square meters.
