Application:

Ball Mill is developed and manufactured independently by Zhongde. It is a new type of environmental protection equipment and key equipment for making & preparing system of limestone slurry which is gas desulphurization agent in thermal power plant, also in metallurgical, chemical & aluminum industries.

Working Principle:

The ball mill is a horizontal rotating device transmitted by the outer gear. The materials are transferred to the grinding chamber through the quill shaft uniformly. There are ladder liner and ripple liner and different specifications of steel balls in the chamber. The centrifugal force caused by rotation of barrel brings the steel balls to a certain height and impact and grind the materials. The ground materials are discharged through the discharging board thus the grinding process is finished.

Installation:

Ball Millconsists of feed&discharge parts, rotary shell, transmission part and other major components.Hollow shaft is with steel parts, lining is removable. Rotary gear adopts casting hobbing, and the tube body is with resisting liner.

A qualified technician will guide the installation as well as the commissioning.
