2011 actived carbon air filter

  • The outer diameter is 190mm
  • Inner diameter is about 150mm
  • The inner diameter can be different, but as big as possible so have more space to add our material in the middle of the filter
  • Height is max. 95mm
  • The bottom is solid
  • Has a 3mm threaded rod attached on the inside and in the middle of the filter
  • The rod is about 20mm longer than the filter, so it goes over the top
  • The middle is again empty so we can add own material inside
  • The top needs a gasket, but the bottom does not. The height is 95mm with the gasket
  • The gasket can be, 5mm high and needs to be manufactured from chemical resistant material
  • The air flow should be about 40m3/h after the filter
  • The efficiency should be HEPA class H13 (99.97%)
  • Materials from outer to inner:

    • HEPA
    • Activated carbon material or something else so the middle material won’t go inside HEPA.
