Introduction

GTS trommel drum screen is special screening equipment produced by our company for the power plant, coking plant, building materials, metallurgy, chemical, moning and other industries. It overcomes blockage on the mesh when vibrating sieve separatesrelatively wet materials to improve screening output and reliability. It is appropriate for screening various kinds of materials which are wet and easier to be blocked, such as coal, coal gangue, coke raw materials, slaked lime. The maximum size is 100mm under, screen, also available to screen lee than 3mm for 10-15mm medium size. And this product is consistently popular by users.

Application:

This series of Trommel drum Screen are always used in processing minerals such as ferrous metals including hematite & magnetite And nonferrous metals including Lead, Zinc, Gold and Silver etc. This machine works in a re-circulating network with Ball mill, which can upgrade the fineness of ferrous and nonferrous metals. Its efficiency is twice as that of Spiral Classifier.

It is consists of hopper, screening drum, rotary shaft, sieve deck, motor, reducer etc components.
