1.Washing machine feature:

(1)The machine using elastic powerful manipulator to grab bottles, turn over bottles, washing bottles, control bottles, flip reset bottles, outlet bottles and etc..it realize the automatic production.

Continuous tracking wash bottles of high efficiency, stable and reliable washing result.

(3)

Adopts delta frequency converter,frequency conversion,speed free master.

The flip manipulator which import from foreign advanced technology grabs bottles with accurate orientation, flip activities freely; the washing valve has good seal performance, wash bottles with big strength,to neutral must big bottle etc.

Auger and drive plate for bottle in and out is supplied by machining center,excellent material with wear-resisting compressive; The bottle into the guide rail very accurate, solve the difficult problems of crowding bottle, blocking bottle, plugging bottle, breaking bottles.

Just press the lift button and replace corresponding drive plate according bottle diameter,then you can change different bottles with different diameter and height .

2.Filling Machine Features:

(1)

Big range:can suitable bottle diameter 60-100mm,height 220-350mm.big filling range and convenient adjustment.

Standard filling level: filling level doesn't change with the bottle capacity,same filling level.

(3)

No drip: reliable sealed, it automatically stop filling when there are broken bottles and no bottles. no spill liquid.the filling valve can isolate the return air between air and wine to avoid the oxygenization of wine.

No broken bottle: bottle hold devices is able to auto-adapt to bottle height error,soft start, soft brakes no rigidity shock, no broken bottles and no harm the machine.

(5)

Take the lead in importing foreign filling technology, using negative filling valve, into bottles of guide good, liquid level right and filling speed fast, make the products prior to the same profession standards.
