Features:
1, This machine is is specially used to process fresh grapes for wine plant. It can destem ,
clean the stem ,crush grape and deliver grape pulp and other process procedure.
It is ideal equipment for small and medium wine plant.
2, This machine is destemming first, then crush the grapes, mobile type single screw to
deliver grape pulp. The feeding screw of this machine is Stepless Speed Regulating ,
thus it can realise quantitative feeding material.
3, The Desteamming device can adjust its rotated speed according to different verify of grapes.
The crusher roller is made of high elasticity rubber, and it will not demage the grape kernel.
The crushed grapes will be delivered to Fermentation Tank by Screw Pump.
Delivery height of 10meter and horizontal distance of 80 meter.
4, All this machine is made of superior Stainless Steel .
5, The size of screen is 28mm. we also can customize screen according to clients’ requirement.
