Product Introduction:

1.With the use ofPLC (Programmable Logic Controller)andtouch screen, the process of opening and closing the moulds, material feeding, steaming, temperature preserving, cooling, injecting, and releasing of the final product can be accomplishedautomatically.

2.The foaming process in the machine is realized in afullyclosedstainless steelbarrel underconstantpressure withhighthermalefficiency, economized steam,shortenedcuring process and high foaming magnification.

3.The machine is composed offamousbrand andhigh qualitypneumatic components which can supply areliablequality andconvenientoperation to ensure aprecisetemperature control anduniformityof beading and density.

4.The equipment is made ofstainless steel sheetswithreasonable structurewhich is convenient to fix and adjust feeding material so as to reach the needed granule capacity. The 140 type can realize first and second foaming respectively.

Difference between the first and the second foaming:

Thefirst foaming products used to make the ordinary EPS materials for EPS block, sheet and so on.

The second foaming produces biggerandlighterbeads than the first foaming. They are used to make special EPS materials for the production of the compound sandwich panel.
