Horizantal scourer machine is using to pell out the wheat husk. Seperate the substance material such as dust, sand and small embryo inside the wheat. Scrap the sticked soil and other sticked pieces, descent bacterium load, cleaning bacterium and insect from wheat. Provide to seperate the unseperated pieces from grain ear.

Wheat entered to machine from wheat inlet directly goes to wheat peeler part. In here steel rotor and wire on steel rotor turning peel out the wheat husk, clean wheat husk peeled directing to outlet through the pallets on rotor. Husk and dust sepeated from wheat throw out from machine holes from flex wire on rotor.

Horizantal scourer machine rotor fitted to main body with handle of bearings. External body made of 6 mm pressed sheet then stand part and two outlet hopper fitted on stands. There are product control hole and cover in bottom outlet hoppers.
