Vacuum consumable eletrode arc furnaceis melting by contronable AC arc which is produced by induction melting furnace or other mechanical system under the vacuum and inert gas environment. Arc is produced between the bottom of consumable eletrode and crucible, Once the arc is formed, which will produce a furnace bath, The arc heating part will be controled exactly and maintain.
