Material:

1. This machine line the thickness of inside tank is 3mm, the thickness of outside packaging is 1.2mm, the thickness of smoke hood is 1.5mm. the belt conveyor is made of 304 stainless steel.
2. For the size of belt hole can be designed for the client’s request.

The general voltage is 380V ,three phase power for this machine in china , but it can be designed according to the client’s request in their place.

Functions:

1. Oil & water process designing method. The waste of fried food in the course will sink into the water at any time. The residue be immersed by water then the separated oil back to the oil layer .the food residue will be filtered.
2. Digital control, the oil temperature general to 200degree, with the function of outage power automatically when the temperature over 10degree of the setting degree .its safety for temperature increasing.
3. The funnel type design, keep cleaning without residue in the tank, easy to clean and wash the tank .
4. Using the variable frequency speed motor and inverter control, frying time from one to ten minutes is adjustable. This equipment has wide use, it can adapt to a variety of fried process food.
5. Using the upper and lower double layer mesh belt design. Keep products fried uniform color during processing. No floating food fried uneven phenomenon.
6. Oil & water process designing method, avoid the black food residue stay in the oil and black oil phenomenon, extended using cycle, lower cost.
7. The net belt can be lifted automatically, easy to wash and clean.
8. The smoke mask on the top of machine keep the gas not scattered. And easy to install and unload.
9. The frame is made of 50*50*3 stainless steel square pipe. There are mobile wheels on the bottom, manual installation easily.
