Double/single girder electric hoist overhead crane is composed of bridge frame, trolley, cart operating mechanism and electric equipment and is applicable for the workshops, freight yards and warehouses in stations, ports and mining enterprises, hoisting, transporting and loading all kinds of materials in the fixed spans.

According different environments and purposses, the crane can derives many models such as low speed, explosion proof, insulation, electromagnetic, bucket grab, double trolleys and dual purposes, and triplicate purposes

Our company manufactures all kinds of double girder electric overhead traveling crane with a hoisting capacity of 5-250/75t and a span of 10.5m-31.5m.

Introduction of crane	It mainly consists of bridge, trolley travelling mechanism, crab and electrical appliances. They are applicable to the transfer, assembly, check and repair as well as load and unload at mechanic processing workshop, subsidiary workshop of metallurgical mills, warehouse, goods yard and power station. They can also be used instead of common double-girder overhead crane at production workshop in light textiles or food industry. It has two kinds of classification, that is, A5-A7.The working ambient temperature is generally-25°C-40°C.It is forbidden to work in environment with combustible, explosive or corrosive media
Mechanical feature	1) Double welding box girder, DIN/FEM standard deflection. 2) Material Q235B or Q345B. (Similar to the international steel Fe360 or Fe520) 3) Whole length CNC cutting for complete web plate, high deflection accuracy. 4) High quality automatic welding and NDT inspection. 5) Shot-blasting Sa2.5 for complete girder after welding, stress release. 6) Epoxy zinc rich high quality painting, 2x2 with 140μm. 7) 10.9 class High tension bolts mounting between girder and legs, life time safe connection. 8) Double flanged or flat wheels, anti-friction bearings, cellular buffers, derailment protectors. 9) Full-length service platform along the crane bridge is supplied, where it is equipped with protective hand railing and toe strips.
Electrification and outfitting	1) Conductor power supply. 2) Phase control guard opens the main contactor in case of phase failure. 3) All hoist and crane movements are independent and can be run simultaneously. 4) Contactors meet crane applications, rated for severe vibration. 5) The control panels are finished to withstand corrosion, IP55. 6) Heavy duty plug head 7) The components are positioned in a maintenance friendly way, and the whole layout provides good protection against accidental contact. 8) The multi-wire type fixed cables with plastic insulation are intended for crane usage. 9) Cables are coded either with numbers, colors or tags for easy identification. 10) The flate cables used for festoons are PVC insulated flexible flat cables rated for 450/750V, specially designed for cranes, hoists. 11) Festoon cables are suspended on cable saddles, fixed to cable trolleys, running in a galvanised C-track, which is connected to the main girder with bolted or welded support brackets.

Product Component

Structure	Bridge Girder, End carriages, Crab Frame manufactured from box plate design / Rolled Sections. If required 100% radiography of all butt welding joints of bridge and end carriages can be provided.
Motors	HY Crane uses sturdy cylindrical/ conical rotor pole-changing motors with elegant continuous cast aluminum sections, integrated safety brakes insulation class F, IP54 protection.
Variable Frequency Drives & Remote Controls	HYcrane also offer Variable Frequency Drive in hoisting, cross travel, long travel for stepless speed control as an optional feature. We also provide radio remote control cranes for application in inaccessible and hazardous areas
Brakes	Failsafe magnetic or hydraulic brakes of 150% torque or more are fitted on shaft extensions. For heavy duty cranes a second brake can be mounted to ensure failsafe operation.
Controls	Pendant control from floor, master control switches, master controllers in the driver's cabin can be provided. Radio remote control can be provided on request.
Electrical Panel	Each drive group is equipped with a motor overload protection device to provide effective protection against inadmissible overloading.
