3,The die roller is automatically horizontal moving and line speed repairing to make cushion rubber even pads .The cushion roller’s mechanical , horizontal and cam facility moves horizontally in a scope of±35 mm to lengthen the using life of the die cutting cushion .

4,It equipped with counter , alarm bells and light control to reduce die-cutting without paperboard.

5,Imported cushion rubber , long use life . It adopts sprinkle lubricating system .

6,The main body and gears are made of high quality steel (50mm) after high frequency quenching .
