Technical requirements

1The equipment is manufactured, tested and accepted as per the requirements specified in GB150-1998 Steel Pressure Vessel and JB/T4710-2005 Steel Tower Vessel .

2The welding joint, unless otherwise noted, is as per the relative regulations of GB/T985.1-2008 , flange welding is as per standard requirements. Welding rod model: E4315.

3 The A&B type weld seam of this equipment press components is with 20% radiographic testing, the priority selection for testing part is T-shaped joint. Testing length is not less than 20% of each weld seam length and not less than 250mm. It is carried out as per JB/T4730-2005 Press Equipment Nondestructive Test. RT technology is not less than Level AB, the weld seam quality Class III is qualified, but there cannot be lack of penetration.

4The allowance tolerance of the tower body installation vertical height is not more than 21mm.

5The water pressure test should be carried out after finishing installing equipment, and its pressure(horizontal)0.300MPa(psig), (vertical)0.125MPa(psig). The testing water temperature is not lower than 5°C.

6After manufacturing equipment, holding water to test leakage should be done. After testing, outer surface of the tower should be rust-removaled thoroughly, pained with two layers of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat primer H61-83, and one layer of epoxy organosilicone anti-heat finish coatH61-32.

7The coating, transportation and package of the vessel should be accordance with the requirements specified in JB/T4711-2003 Pressure Vessel Coating, Transportation and Package.

8The nozzle in front view expresses relative elevation only, and its actual direction sees nozzle bearing diagram.
