Glue Dissolving Tank

Glue dissolving tank belongs to the soft (hard) capsule pharmaceutical technology area, is the supporting equipment in glue, capsule ingredients, vacuum, condensation and other production process.

1. According to Material:

a). whole tank is made of stainless steel (SUS304/SUS316L)

b).stainless steel inner pot (SUS304/SUS316L), carbon steel jacket (Q235- B), outer pot is treated with anti-rust paint.

2. According to Heating Type: there are Steam Heating and Electric Heating

3. According to Volume: there are 100L-1000L, also can be designed in accordance with customers’ requirements.

The glue dissolving tank is made of stainless steel. The tank body is three layer structures of bladder, heating layer and thermal insulation layer. Mixing assembly is connected by shaft, composed by turning and reverse shunt type mixing pulp with smooth transmission and good homogeneous effect. Manhole (feeding mouth) adopts fast loading type, the thermometer, and vacuum table instrument compose observation control.

It is the supporting equipment in glue, capsule ingredients, vacuum, condensation and other production process.

This equipment has advantages of fast heating, strong constant temperature performance, smooth vacuum operation and stable performance. Internal and external tank are light and smooth, convenient for tear, maintenance and cleaning. It can speed up the speed of the melt glue, improve the glue liquid medium, adjust glue quality degrees etc, is the special equipment for capsule glue (ingredients) in pharmaceutical industry, vacuum stirring, melt glue and qualitative.

2. The jacket working pressure≤ 0.09Mpa, also can be made according to customers’ requirements.
