Producing Process of Mineral Wool:

1 Raw materials arebatch weight andfilled automatically to the top of the furnace entrance.

2The melt flows out from the bottom of the furnace into the vortex spinning machine--centrifuge.

3 Under the centrifuge force of high-speed spinning rollings and high-airflow of fans, the melt generate fibers. Together with binder spout, fibers are flowed into collecting machine and slags are separated.

4 The felt fiber are conveyed to crimping machine to get crimped and pressed which contribute toa three-dimensional distribution and enhance the integrated strength

5 After structure and density adjusted, they enter the curing oven.

6 Products out from the curing oven are cutted bycutting equipments(longitudinal cutting conveyor and cross-cutting machine).

7 Packaging or stacking.

Environment friendly:

The waste during the production process will be recycled.

The longitudinal cutting systemmainly consist of driving motor, circular saw and dust remover. The driving motor is the power source of the system; The circular saw is to cut the two sides of the product according to the product width requirements; The dust remover is to remove the wool dust during product cutting, equipped with dust remove chamber.

The cross cutting systemis also mainly consist of driving motor, circular saw, dust remover and equipped with cross moving device. The circular saw is to cut the two ends of the product according to the product length requirements. The cross moving system is to cross move the cutting head.

The scrap recycling systemmainly consists of scrap feeder and scrap crusher. The scrap feeder is to feed the scrap into crusher and feed the crushed scraps into the wool collecting process; The scrap crusher is to crush the product scraps through movable and fixed knives.
