Description

Our manual glass straight beveling machine is specialized machine for processing the bevel edge of flat glass or soft stone materials, rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing have been done during one processing circle. Grinding motors could be move forward or backward simultaneously, front beam could be move forward or backward, and grinding head could be tilted, easy and convenient for adjustment and operation.

Main Configuration:

1.The transmission box is of steel materials (annealed to prevent deformation).

2.The foundation and fro-rear beams are of casting materials (annealed to prevent deformation).

3.The transmission system of front and rear pad is adopted of chain.

4.The front pad is adjustable for lifting as per glass sizes.

5. The forward or backward of grinding frame is adopted of ABBA Liner rail supporting.

6.The transmission between front beam moving carriage and lead screw of grinding spindles are adopted of gapless nut.

7.Beveling wheels move forward or backward simultaneously, so that its more easy to change glass thickness.

8.The transmission system is adopted of mechanical stepless reducer, double spiral speed reducer.

9.Rear pad is equipped wish a special cleaning device.

10.Rack is made of steel square-tube, the conveying belt is flat timing belt.

11.Loading section equipped with rising device.

12.Stainless steel water tank with powder mixing motor.

Machine Warranty:

1. The Seller guarantees that this quoted equipment to be supplied by him shall be completely new and in excellent quality, and that the choice of the goods shall meet the requirements of the operation and also are conform to the stipulations in technical description to this quotation for a period of 12 months from date of installation, but not more than 15months from date of delivery. During the warranty period, if any parts damaged because of quality, the Seller will send parts in free of charge to replace the damaged parts, in case the Buyer required the Seller to send the technician to his factory, the cost for round air tickets, lodgings, hotel, transportation and food will be on the account of the Buyer.

2. All the interventions, caused by incorrect manoeuvres or maintenance on the machine, will be invoiced (full price) to the Purchaser for all materials, working hours and required costs.

3. If minor defects are found in the goods during the installation period and the guarantee period, the Buyer shall be entitled to eliminate the defects himself, with the Seller consent in advance.

4. This warranty does not include the normal wear and tear.
