Glass Shape edging Machine

BT-Y1 Glass Shape Machine is suitable for processing the edge of round shape, oval shape & other irregular shape of glass sheet with various size and thickness.

Glass is fixed onto the sucker by vacuum pump, rotation working table is driven by motor, which could process shape glass with diameter of 150mm to 2100mm. Different wheels can processing different shape like circular arc edge, flat edge ,OG edge, step edge and bevel edge etc.

Adopt the bowlshape wheel and adjust the angle of motor can be processing the bevel edge. When grinding bevel edge, the angle of the grinder on the bowel-shape wheel can be obliquely adjusted to fit the ground angle for grinding.

When grinding peripheries, coarse grinding, refine grinding, and polishing are alternatively done by three grinders, And different with many other similar machines, BT-N’s grinding head can installed two grinding wheel at the same time, so the rough grinding, the polish for the glass can be finished at one time.
