Glass Pencil edging Machine BYM8.325 is suitable for grinding and polishing pencil edge, flat edge and O.G. edge of glass from 3mm to 25mm of thickness. The wheels of Pos.1 and Pos.2 are diamond ones for arrises to reduce the damage to the pencil wheels. Rough grinding, fine grinding and polishing for straight line pencil edge can be finished by dish wheels of Pos.3~8 in one time. Different thickness glass can be processed with different groove width of dish wheels. It also can process straight line flat edge, shaped edge and O.G. edge by changing different wheels.

Its equipped with a mechanical step-less reduction for adjusting the glass feeding speed. All glasses processed by BYM8.325 have a brilliant polishing as the glasses itself.

All spindle of the machine have been equipped with a regulator to make the wheel up and down, forward and backward, left and right, it is very easy to adjust or replace wheels.
