Ⅰ.Furnace design and application

This furnace mainly used for melting edge and sintering of crystal glass mosaic and enamel glass mosaic,maximal use temperature is 1000°C,use nature gas heating on the bottom,high temperature region by electric heating compensation heating mode,bevel gear transmission, frequency control of motor speed,burner with Italian program controller and electromagnetic valve, realize automatic ignition, automatic constant temperature, temperature adjustable, fault alarm.

Ⅱ. Furnace introduction

This furnace is roller type tunnel kiln,splicing type steel structure,total length is 56m and divide 28 parts,2m per section,according different mosaic type,the temperature design 850°C-950°C,the furnace design 4 temperature zone include:preheating zone,sintering zone,cooling zone and air cooling zone.And use φ42mm high aluminium ceramic roller,roller speed between 300mm-1200mm/min .
