The machine with 20 grinding heads is suitable for grinding the double straight-line of flat glass. Rough grinding, fine grinding,polishing can be done at one time.Gliding of grinding head holder adopts double straight line rolling glide. Double ball screw rod transmission stabilizes moving speed and eliminates moving gap, reduces resistance and wear out, and ensures repeated positioning. PLC control system sets processing parameters via interface, and finishes processing at one time.Polishing grinding head combines pneumatic machinery and lock control, and can be operated independently.
