Glass-ceramics dehydration for paper making

The glass ceramic dehydration compared with the other material dehydration, and the predominance as follows:

1.Ultrahigh molecular polyethylene: Good overall performance .But the materials of forming net and ultrahigh molecular polyethylene are soft and no ware-resistant, so the forming net ware faster. If downtime repairs, raise the cost of production.

2.The woodiness dehydration and glass dehydration : The overall performance same as the ultrahigh molecular polyethylene. Woodiness material is easy deformation; the rigidity and intensity of glass is weak and easy cracking.

3.Ceramic and alumina ceramic : This material is the new dehydrated material in the latter part of the 20th century, which the rigidity is strong. Foreign brands of ceramic dehydration proves that the friction coefficient is small. But production technology of Chinas brands ceramics dehydration is joint, and every burl is about 10mm. So the processing cost of ceramic is high. The processing of foreign brands of ceramic dehydration is fine but the price is high. As to changes in the temperature of entironment, the ceramic bars are changed. The forming net is easily broken.

The glass-ceramics dehydration have advantage of Whole body, sole strip without any joint gap, high-precision processing, Wear resistant, friction of near zero, Dewater with high efficiency, Stable chemical stability, Customer designed production, professional dewatering
