Description

1.This carbonated beverage filling machine used for carbonated beverage,such as cola,beer,in glass bottle and PET bottle.

2.Host adopt advanced PLC automatic control technology, the key electrical components from famous company such as Japan's Mitsubishi, France Schneider, OMRON.

3.Carbonated beverage filling machine has the advantages of no bottle no filling, no bottle no capping, a high degree of automatization and simple man-machine operation display screen.

4. Using the wind sent and move wheel , cancel screw and conveyor chains, this enable the change the bottle-shaped become easier.

5. Bottles transmission adopt clip bottleneck technology, bottle-shaped transform not need to adjust the equipment level, only change related the curved plate, wheel and nylon parts.

6.Filling valves are equipped with well CIP system and control system to rinse the equipment throughly.

7. The specially designed stainless steel bottle washing machine clip is solid and durable, no touch with the screw location of bottle mouth to avoid secondary pollution.

8.Filling fast, accurate and no liquid lost.

9.Specially-designed rinser grippers which are made of stainless steel are firm and endurable, with no contact to screw part of the bottle to prevent second pollution.

10. It can be adjusted in different sizes of bottles and different kinds of cap, Cap sorter is installed in a lower position, sending cap in a level position.
