Henan Good Heavy Machinerysystem camera has been specially developed for monitoring and measuring temperatures inside rotary kilns. it detects any variation in the flame operation, aspect and shape at the kiln unloading area and the process inside the kiln can be viewed.

The camera´s optical sensor applies the principle of two-color radiation thermometry (ratio between 2 different wavelengths). By this, temperatures can be measured regardless of emissivity with no need of special calibration. limestone rotary kiln

With the optical sensor design it is possible to display real temperature on any place inside the video image not limited to some few zones. cylinder kiln supplier

Flame image and temperature readings are obtained through the same optics. IN this way the temperature map reflects exactly the video image, unlike other systems that combine a video camera and a pyrometer, where measurement accuracy depends on the mechanical positioning system of the pyrometer on the video and the emissivity entered into the system.

The use of a single optical stage and the absence of movable element inside the measuring camera assure a higher accuracy, useful life and efficiency in the temperature measuring system and flame monitoring.

The system has been fully developed for Windows. Data is transmitted to the computer through fiber optics cable, achieving complete noise immunity.
