Main Application

Accepting horizontal cylinder structure, the machine has reasonable design with airproof driving bearing that can be switch to water while washing. The granules look like balls with good fluidity. Compared with traditional process, 25% less bond can be saved and drying time can be shortened. The effect of 2 minutes of dry mixing and 1~4 minutes of granulation will be 4~5 time high than that in traditional process. By Mixing, humid, mixing and granulating are finished in the same sealed container.

The whole operation, in accordance with "GMP" standard, has strict safety measures.

Principle

The powder raw material and adhesive in a cylinder are fully mixed to a humid soft material by mixed oar at the bottom. The it is cut by high~speed cutter and become uniform damp granules.

Applications
