GFG Series High Effective Fluidizing Dryer

Main Application:

Single-screw extrudes,vibrates and mixes granules in wetting method.

The machine dries moisture granules and powder in the industry of pharmaceutical,foodstuff,feedstuff and chemicals.

It is suitable for large particles,small blocks and adhesive bulks.

Feature:

Fluidized Bed has a round shape to avoid the dead corner.

Stirring device in the hopper is to avoid power caking and channeling.

The design of overturning discharge is for quick dumping and easy cleaning.

Automatic material charge and discharge device can be designed,too.

The machine forms negative pressure in the airtight chamber.Air flow is filtered.Rapid drying speed and evenly temperature make sure 20-30 minutes for the whole process on average.

The machine is designed according to GMP standard,it is easy to be operate and clean.

Operating Principle:

Clean and hot air is introduced by a draught fan from the bottom of the main chamber through sieve plate.Material is mixed in a negative pressure and heated up by the hot air flow.Water evaporates and steam pours out from exhausts so material gets dry.
