General hydraulic hammer front metal head

The process and character:

1. The front heads, made from 20CrMo vacuum degassing steel, areforged in large proportion to fully ensure products’ density and performance.

2. Using advanced CNC machine in strict accordance with products’ technical requirement to forge products and ensure each position’s size which convenient to equip.

3. The company adopts high quality 40 Chromium(back head)20 Chromium(front head)material and advanced heat treatment technology which features surface wear-resistance ability and good core toughness and ensures that the product dose not crack under high intensity work.

Structure of front head:

Inner&outer bushing 1 set, rod pin 2 pieces, grease nipple 1 piece,through air valve 1 piece, outer bushing pin 2 pieces, inner bushing pin 1 piece, locking pin 2 pieces,Φ30rubber plug 2 pieces,Φ20 rubber plug 3 pieces, Φ30 circlip 2 pieces
