  • Each Melter can prepare a 350 kg gelatin batch. As such, the gross working capacity of the system is 700 kgs.
  • Unique agitator-paddle design ensures optimum and effective mixing of the gelatin mass. The dense baffle configuration ensures complete break-up of any agglomerations
  • Quality of gelatin superior to conventional vertical single paddle melters.
  • Special Vacuum Pump ensures maximum de-aeration producing superior quality gelatin.
  • Melters are water-jacketed and duly insulated. Sight glass + Light glass for quick visual inspection of the gelatin process
  • Control Panel allows you to conveniently regulate both melter operation. Agitator speed, water jacket temperature display, vacuum pump operation, etc. are all controlled from Control Panel. PLC with Touch-Screen option also available (offered separately).
  • Utility skid comprising of hot water generator (eliminating the need for a boiler and reservoir tank) and (specially sized) vacuum pump included.
