The air-jet loom applications:

GD618 air-jet loom is my company on the basis of GA615 series loom,with advantage air-jet loom feform,which has operations,simple structure,easy maintence,workers can easily accept the product to meet the wide advantages.It does not need to configure the gas station,you can install electronic dobby,electronic jacquard,electronic jacquard high-end products.Major products to meet the cotton,linen,polyester fiber,rayon plain weave,double veleteen,and other double layer fabric weaving .

2.Weft selection:single jet or double jet and injection of any color selection.

3.Weft insertion device:Single nozzle ,solenoid valve control color selection ,typeweft accumulated send latitude.

4.Shedding motion:plain.or 21.31-22-12-13twill fabrics cam its opening and under different products can install 1515 more than anormal arm ,or ASGT221 multi-arms,and electronic jacquatd control,such as opening device.

5.Let-off device:Electronic let-off and vertical-lateral mechanical let-off device,disk diameter of 495mm,550mm to 600 mm

6.Coiling device:gear machine coiling or worm gear and worm type continuous coiling .

7.Weft stop motion:the weft detector can effectively control weft shortened and broken weft stop.

8.Braking device of electrlmagnetic brake,adjustable stop location.

9.Warp-stop motion:4 or 6 E through.

10.Motor power:0.8kw 6 textile special motor

11.Air Supply Unit:loom own configuration of jet-cylinder,solenoid valve control.
