Gas Flow Continuous Carbonization Furnace

The gas flow continuous carbonization furnace is newly developed machine of combined type.

It is made of outer furnace and inner tank.

User can hoist the inner tank out of the furnace after the carbonization finishes, so that they can

put into another inner tank to continue carbonization.

In this way, the carbonization furnace output is greatly increased.

Feature of the gas flow continuous carbonization furnace:

1.The hoisting structure makes it possible to carbonize many shift one day.

So the production circle is greatly shortened. The machine is an ideal equipment for charcoal production.

2.The special gas chamber makes full use of the smoke generated in the carbonization process.

There are about 60% smoke left after the stove itself used in the carbonization, which can be heat source for other

drying or carbonization, saving much fuel material and meeting the environment conservation requirement.

The gas flow continuous carbonization furnace is portable and can work without dynamic electricity,

so it is ideal for family type production.
