G851 is used for assembling and pressing the shoe with the sole after reactivation process. This machine is designed for the soles that are produced from leather, neolith etc. materials. The shoe is put into the machine and operator gives start command. G851 firstly fixed the shoe by its upper arms automaticly. In this way there is no need to set necessary settings for different kinds of shoes with moulds. Then upper arms fixed the shoe, the pallettes that are suitable for sole ergonomy, fill the gaps by taking the shape of sole. After that main press cylinder become active. It presses for the time of setting before and release the shoe. The important difference of this machine is, it prevents the sole lays to the upper on the sole that consists vardola by its pallette properties. Added that with its pallette system it distributes the press power on the shoe by equal percentage. This machine can be reach the 4000 kg. pressing capacity.
